  First wouldnt you think a place called anchor down bar and grill would have more seafood choices than any other average restaurant? Well they don't! Shrimp is the only crustation offered. Raw oysters only, no steamed or fried. No crab anywhere to be seen. Lunch special.....not a great deal. Two tiny tacos for $8. I ordered them with no onions. Guess what the had.....onions. Sent them back another long wait. They had great flavor but no side dish just two small size tacos. Been there done that, no need to come back.

  The restaurant was decorated very well and fit the vibe of a coastal setting. Our waitress was very nice and kept a check on us frequently. The food was amazing. I ordered the "Sunburnt Barbecue Chicken" and it was excellent. The sides were awesome as well. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant soon.

  Steak and chicken alfredo were both cold and chewy. Baked potato was not thoroughly cooked . NOTHING we received was worth eating, much less paying the high prices. It took so long, we nearly walked out. We emailed Anchor Down to kindly tell them we had a poor experience. They never responded.
