  I've been eating at jj since the original store in Charleston, IL in 1985. I've found them to generally have good food and service no matter where except for this store. The food is good but the service is provided by a group of "don't care " young people who show up 5-10 minutes after the place is supposed to be open. Recently I stood around from 1055 until 1105 before they had enough workers present to make one sandwich. No more. I'll eat jj somewhere else since they're all over the country now.

  They deliver to my workplace before and to my coworkers. It hard to get on the phone to place an order especially if you can't. It easier for me to just place a order online using past orders. But for some odd reason it says it don't deliver to my address. Such a hassle will take my business else where.
