  What a great place to be! The atmosphere makes me feel proud to be a Cookeville resident. Poet's even goes so far as to place locally made art by local artists, and uses their shop as a venue for said artists! This independent company strives to give you a quality product and shines remarkably with each one of my visits. The drink menu is diverse enough for everyone to find something that they like with little stress on the wallet. I love this place and would recommend it any day of the week!

  Poet's has better coffee than Starbucks for three quarters the price. Go for the coffee, stay for the atmosphere. The rooms are dimly lit with warm, smooth wood adorning most of the furniture. Go to the back room for some peace and quiet, and make sure you try Sweater Weather during the holidays!
