  Horrible customer service my wife said let's go because she loved going there when she was growing up in Louisiana. We waited 20min to be seated when there was dozen of empty seats. They continued to serve and clean as we stood waiting. I had to tell my wife lets go we deserve better customer service.... Hello Cracker Barrel

  Salad bar was low an empty. With some of there salad bar the food was low of food an you could tell nobody was watching over the food an wasn't happy with the food an will not stop an eat there again

  Arrived last evening around 6 p.m. the place was almost empty. The waitresses were talking.....and getting coffe for those eating. (3 couples in a booth and 2 individuals.) I waited 5 minutes...no one seated me...So i sat myself.....no one noticed....in 5 minutes I went to the salad bar...made a salad...returned to the table. SAT...NOTHING....2 waitresses were talking to each other....one was talking to a couple in a booth....the salad bar gal and another waitess were out side smoking.........no one came to see about me...no silverware....no drink....WON'T BE BACK. Been eating there since the mid 1970's

  Today, the experience was okay. Waitress was a little distracted, looked to be only 2 waitresses in the restaurant. Seems like they are a little overworked, but from previous experience.. today wasn't so bad.
